Transport Operations Management Graduate Program
Transport Operations is the engine room of our business. This area plays an integral role in ensuring that Sydney Buses services are safe, clean and convenient.
There are seven positions available in 2009.
As a Transport Operations Management Graduate, your primary function will be in service delivery (in Bus Depots), working alongside depot management. You will be based within one of our four Sydney Bus Regions – North, South, East or West.
The Transport Operations Management placement schedule will provide you with greater insight and exposure to Sydney Buses' operations and will give you the opportunity to expand your management and leadership skills.
Transport Operations Management Placement Schedule
The Transport Operations Management Graduate Program is a two-year program that consists of up to three placements to build your skills and experience.
Before the first placement begins, you will be attending Graduate Induction Week. This induction week will provide you with the opportunity to be introduced to our organisation and its employees, to understand the policies and procedures of the Graduate Program and Sydney Buses, to visit our key operational areas and to develop your personal development plan.

Relevant University Degrees
If you have recently completed a degree (or expect to complete a degree at the end of 2008) in any of the following, or similar, broad range of disciplines, then the Transport Operations Management Graduate Program will be suitable for you:
