Extensive community consultation with stakeholders and the community is an important part of State Transit’s service reviews and considerable care is taken to ensure that our services reflect the needs and wishes of the greatest number of passengers and residents.

As part of our service review process, State Transit will endeavour to notify all customers who may be affected by a change using local newspapers, direct mail, notices on the bus and on this website. Proposed changes will be published on this website, giving customers the opportunity to have their say.
